Study on the Detection Characteristics and Response Mechanism of SnS2-Based Sensors for SO2 and SOF2

Based on the wide application of sulfur hexafluoride (SF6) gas in power industry, analysis and detection its decomposition components have become important technical means for state fault evaluation gas-insulated equipment. The gas-sensitive characteristics adsorption mechanism SnS2 sensor SO2 SOF2 gases were investigated using SOF2, main SF6 components, as target gases. materials prepared, temperature response, concentration response recovery stability two tested based test platform. results demonstrate that had best working performance at 200 °C, with obvious ideal both good a certain time. first principle, surface structure model established, was analyzed terms frontier molecular orbital theory to verify correctness results. simulation calculation can provide data basis theoretical support study detected by sensors.
